FLUENT’S CURRENT SUB-PROCESSORS

1. Host Provider of Flexi-Grant® Infrastructure.

1.1.  Microsoft Azure provides Infrastructure as a Service (PaaS) facilities to Fluent so that Fluent can provide the Flexi-Grant® Services to the Customer. Microsoft Azure may sub-processes Personal Data in the UK under GDPR compliant data processing terms. 

1.2.  Category of Data Subject is the Personal Data of Applicant Users, Administrative Users and External Users.

1.3.  Duration of the Processing: The Term of this Agreement and any Renewal Term and/or Termination Assistance Period.

2. Infrastructure Support Provider

2.1.  The UK based Infrastructure Support Provider may sub-process Personal Data in the UK under GDPR compliant data processing terms to provide Fluent with support services for the Infrastructure services outlined in section 1 above.

2.2.  Category of Data Subject is the Personal Data of Administrative Users, Applicant Users and External Users.

2.3.  Duration of the Processing: The Term of this Agreement and any Renewal Term and/or Termination Assistance Period.

3. Bulk email Service Provider

3.1. The email service provider (Mailgun EU) may sub-process Personal Data in the EU under GDPR compliant data processing terms to provide Fluent with support services for the emails services outlined in section 1 above.

3.2.  Category of Data Subject is the Personal Data of Administrative Users, Applicant Users and External Users.

3.3.  Duration of the Processing: The Term of this Agreement, and Renewal Term and any Termination Assistance Period.

4. Support Ticket Management Provider

4.1.  The Support Ticket Management Provider (Freshdesk) provides support ticket management services to Fluent so that Fluent can better support its customers. The Support Ticket Management Provider may sub-process Personal Data in the US using an EC approved model clause data transfer agreement.

4.2.  Category of Data Subject is the Personal Data of Administrative Users and External Users.

4.3.  Duration of the Processing: The Term of this Agreement and any Termination Assistance  Period.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the information above is solely for notification purposes. Fluent reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to change any and all Sub-Processors at any time, without the prior consent of the Customer.
